My goal is to turn a static report related to the annual bonus performance calculation into a dynamic data-driven interactive report with Power BI.
Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX was used to build this report in Power BI.
Not only I calculated the annual performance bonus, we have insight of all the headcounts.
It's can be view by location and/or gender. We can also easily add the previous year and future data for comparison purposes and trend.
